After ordering, you will receive a gift card code with which you can use the gift card in the store. You can send the code to the gift recipient however you want – by e-mail, by printing a PDF or by adding it to your own greeting card.

• the gift card added to the amount can be used in parts for treatments and products
• if the customer cancels the appointment on the same day or does not cancel the appointment at all and does not come at the reserved time, the gift card is considered used.
• the buyer or recipient of the gift card does not have the right to return the gift card
• the treatment of the gift card can be changed to another treatment if desired
• if the treatment is changed to a more affordable treatment, the gift card will not be refunded
  if the treatment is changed to a more expensive treatment, the customer pays the difference
• the treatment can also be exchanged for a product
• Appointments can be booked by calling or online. The treatment is only done against a gift card, take it with you when you come for treatment
• The gift card is valid for 6 months. The validity period of the gift card can be extended if there are no suitable free periods
